“UFC Fight for the Troops” card is taking shape

That card the UFC is putting on in December for the “troops” has really started to take shape over the past couple of days.
These appears to be some confusion but it appears that Mike Swick will headline the card so far, against a fighter I’m not very fond of for some reason in, Jonathan Goulet. [...]

According to Sherdog, the once ugly looking Oct. 4 EliteXC/CBS show has been giving an injection of much needed interest as former UFC heavyweight champion, Andrei Arlovski and former IFL heavyweight champion, Roy Nelson have reportedly been tapped to duke it out.
The bout will be presented as an Affliction and EliteXC co-promotion.

So the word from Yahoo!’s Kevin Iole is that the massive co-main event scheduled for UFC 91 between Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Wanderlei Silva won’t be taking place.
